You Are Not Alone. We Are Here to Help.

If you’ve found your way here, it likely means someone you love has suffered an anoxic brain injury, and your world has been turned upside down. First, we want to say—we are so sorry. We know this is not the expected journey, and we wish you weren’t facing it.

The road ahead can feel overwhelming, filled with uncertainty, grief, and questions you never imagined having to ask. We’ve been there. We understand the fear of the unknown, the exhaustion of navigating the medical system, and the heartbreak of watching your loved one struggle. But you do not have to go through this alone.

At The Foundation for Anoxic Injury Recovery (FAIR), we created this Family & Caregiver Resource Hub with one goal: to help lighten your load. Here, you’ll find practical guidance, compassionate support, and honest answers from people who have walked this road before you. Whether you are still in the hospital or adjusting to life at home, we are here to help you find the resources, connections, and encouragement you need.

We are here to support you, to provide guidance when the path feels uncertain, and to remind you that even in the most challenging moments, there is help, hope, and a community that understands.
